"Longview Associates has been using the DAYBREAK EAP software since 2000 with great success. We moved from our in-house R BASE program with some reluctance but soon realized the tremendous advantages of working with Jim Harting and his staff.
The staff at the time we began were new computer users, but with the clear and efficient in-person implementation offered by Jim, soon felt comfortable in using the program.
We needed to integrate our Quick Books program at a later date and they were very helpful and patient as we worked out the ‘kinks’.
We have recently upgraded to the latest version and again the help and coaching that they offer has been extremely helpful. New employees who have used other programs find it easy to learn and use.
